An overnight team, by design

India Standard Time is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of Toronto and 12.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of Vancouver. That has real advantages:

  • Calls in your early morning, which is our evening.
  • Work happens overnight. Report a problem at the end of your day, and the fix is often waiting for you the next morning.
  • Releases happen while your site is quiet, without anyone on your team staying late.

When can we talk?

We book calls in your morning, usually before about 10am Eastern or 7am Pacific. Most other communication happens by email, which suits the time difference.

Do you charge in Canadian dollars?

We quote in US dollars for all clients. Your bank converts at the day's rate.

Have you worked with Canadian clients?

Our listed clients are in the US, UK, Ireland, Italy and Singapore. Canadian projects work the same way as our US ones: remote, with fixed quotes and staging first.

What if our site breaks during our working day?

Message us on WhatsApp. Emergencies go first, and our emergency support page explains what to send.
