1. Scope
This DPA applies when WebCodeDev processes personal data on your behalf.
2. Our obligations
We process data only on your documented instructions, implement appropriate security measures, and assist with data subject requests.
3. Sub-processors
We maintain a list of sub-processors and notify you of changes with 30 days notice.
4. Data breaches
We notify you within 48 hours of becoming aware of any personal data breach.
5. Deletion
On termination, we return or delete personal data at your instruction.
