1. Agreement
By engaging WebCodeDev for services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Services are described in proposals and statements of work. Any work beyond scope is billed separately.
3. Payment
Standard payment terms: 40% on kickoff, 30% on design sign-off, 30% before launch. Invoices are due within 7 days.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you own all deliverables. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for the engagement.
6. Warranties
We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty for bug fixes. Exclusions include third-party changes and client modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client pays for work completed to date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved in Bengaluru courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
