Troubleshooting and emergency fixes
We fix the problems that stop EE sites working: login loops, CSRF and cookie-domain errors, broken upload paths, white screens after a PHP change, Multi Site Manager mix-ups, template parse errors and database problems. Every fix comes with a short note on the cause, so it doesn't come back.
One recent example: an automated image import with no duplicate check had filled the files table with about 66,000 rows, and an index build then locked the table and took the site offline. We cleaned the table up from the MySQL command line and added de-duplication to the import.
Speed fixes
Slow EE sites are usually caused by uncached templates, heavy queries, large images or third-party embeds. On one real-estate site we converted images to WebP, lazy-loaded a 22-image gallery, deferred Google Maps and YouTube embeds, cached channel entries and fixed a slow control panel caused by full-size image previews inside Grid fields.
